  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes 14.5 oz
  • 8 oz spaghetti uncooked
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • fresh cilantro chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  • Add taco seasoning and stir until the beef is fully coated.
  • Pour in chicken broth and diced tomatoes. Stir to combine.
  • Break spaghetti in half and add to the skillet. Ensure it's submerged in liquid.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally until pasta is tender.
  • Stir in cream cheese until melted, then add shredded cheddar cheese and mix well.
  • Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

Customize by adding black beans, corn, or jalapeƱos. Use ground turkey or plant-based crumbles as alternative proteins.
