Instructions
In a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning and stir until the beef is fully coated.
Pour in chicken broth and diced tomatoes. Stir to combine.
Break spaghetti in half and add to the skillet. Ensure it's submerged in liquid.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally until pasta is tender.
Stir in cream cheese until melted, then add shredded cheddar cheese and mix well.
